Cheryll Williams was appointed the position of Executive Officer/Manager for West Coast Homecare in May 2009. Cheryll comes to the organisation with valuable knowledge and experience from the Office of the Ageing (OFTA). Lee-Ann Reid has joined the team in an administration role and Karen Carlson has moved into a Finance Officer role, Helen Dalby and Kay Pearce continue in their roles as Care Managers to provide effective co-ordination and delivery of case management, developing strong Service Provider/Stakeholder relationships and ensuring continual improvement by regular reviews.

Complaints provide an opportunity to make services safer and better for everyone" - This is the opening statement in the pamphlet provided to consumers by the recently formed hcscc (health & community services complaints commissioner) and which we endorse.

:: Senior awards archive::

Over the years we have given out Seniors awards for 'Senior of the Month', as a way of recognising the contributions that seniors make to the life of our community. People 60 years plus are able to be nominated for these awards. Application forms are available from our office. Keep a look out in the Port Lincoln Times for the 'Senior of the month'.
