Team Leader Home Care services registered nurse
We are seeking a full-time Team Leader Home Care Services - Registered Nurse to join our friendly local team based in Port Lincoln.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Manager Home Care Services, you will lead and support care staff, oversee client care planning and coordination, and ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred services that enable people to live independently at home.
Be a caring, reliable, and skilled professional who empowers consumers to make informed choices about their aged care and disability support services.
Work collaboratively with consumers through effective care management to achieve positive outcomes and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care and support services.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience working in the health, aged care, in-home care, or disability support sectors.

Exceptional customer service skills with a strong consumer focus, and proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellence in care and service delivery.
Flexible, proactive, and committed to completing tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
Proficient in the use of computer systems, including client management and other relevant software applications.
Compliance requirements
Bachelor of Nursing, current registration with NMBA.
Satisfactory NDIS Worker Check.
Current SA Driver’s Licence essential.
Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Home Care Coordinator Enrolled Nurse
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Home Care Coordinator Enrolled Nurse to join our friendly local team based in Tumby Bay.
The Home Care Coordinator (Enrolled Nurse) is responsible for coordinating Home Care services and providing direct clinical care to consumers receiving support through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Support at Home, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). In this role, you will:
