    We are seeking two Team Leaders – Clinical Care and Services (Registered Nurse) to join our local friendly team located in our new Port Lincoln office.

    Role Description

    • The Team Leader – Clinical Care and Services will oversee Consumer Services in the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Support at Home Program and is responsible for the leadership and provision of clinical care and services that enable people to live safely and independently at home.

    • Lead a team of Care Partners (Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and support workers to function as relationship-based Care Partners who provide ongoing planning, monitoring, service coordination, and education with a strong focus on wellness, reablement, and culturally safe care.

    • Comply with Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Support at Home Program requirements, guidelines and regulatory requirements.

    • Work within a rights-based, person-centred framework and ensure collaboration with participants, their supporters, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate tailored, responsive and inclusive support.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor of Nursing - Registered Nurse (RN)

    • Management Leadership qualification or willingness to work toward.

    • Maintain currency professional indemnity insurance.

    • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, care coordination, case management or similar roles in aged care, community health, or disability services.

    • Solid understanding of the Support at Home Program, Quality Standards, and aged care rights.

    • Competence in interpreting clinical guidance and escalating appropriately.

    • Strong communication, empathy and cultural competence.

    • Skilled in using care management or CRM systems.

    • Comply with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Core Registration standards www.nursingmidwiferyboard.gov.au/Registration-Standards.aspx

    • Experience working with people with dementia, complex ageing-related conditions, or palliative needs.

    • Formal training in trauma-informed care, cultural safety, or restorative practice.

    • Familiarity with My Aged Care portals and digital case management systems.

    Compliance requirements

    • Satisfactory NDIS Worker Check.

    • Current registration with AHPRA.

    • Current SA Driver’s Licence essential.

    • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

    We are seeking Community Care Workers to join our local friendly team to be located in Cleve, Cowell and surrounding areas either full time, part time or casual.

    Role Duties

    • Personal care – showering, toileting and grooming both male and female clients.

    • Domestic assistance - housekeeping and laundry.

    • Meal preparation and serving.

    • Medication prompting and assistance.

    • Transport – appointments, shopping and social outings.

    • Respite – being with clients to give carers a break.

    • Social support – assisting clients to access community.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Must have certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability).

    • Exceptional consumer focused customer service skills, with experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, always striving for excellence in the delivery of care and services.

    • Flexibility and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.

    • Leadership qualifications would be ideal.

    • Evidence of providing and enabling an excellent customer experience, and also providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

    • Proficient at using a computer including the application of client software programs.

  • West Coast Homecare is provider of in-home aged care and disability support services and has been facilitating care in the community for more than 30 years. Our people live local, work local, know local.

    The Role

    We are seeking casual Domestic Assistance Workers to join our local friendly team to be located in Tumby Bay, Cleve, Cowell and surrounding areas.

    Role Duties

    • General house cleaning – vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, washing floors.

    • Personal wet area cleaning bathroom, toilet and laundry.

    • Change bedding and make beds.

    • Personal laundry including care of the care recipients clothing, bedding that can be machine washed and ironed.

    • Arranging for dry cleaning of care recipients clothing and bedding that cannot be machine washed.

    • Unaccompanied shopping and/or ordered and delivered to home.

    • Dishwashing and cooking of basic meals this is not the primary focus of service delivery.

    • House cleaning tasks such as cleaning and defrosting.

    • Minor outdoor tasks including veranda and very basic raking, sweeping and watering.

    About You

    The successful applicants will benefit from having:

    • Exceptional consumer focused customer service skills, with experience in working in a home care environment.

    • Flexibility and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.

    • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

    • Willingness to gain an SA NDIS Worker Check.
