Chief Executive Officer
Deanne is local at heart striving for equity in access to services locally in our small rural communities.
She has worked across a variety of health care settings with many years in aged care, disability support, home and community care services.
With a nursing background and qualifications in Rural Health Management, Population Health, Public Participation, Community Development and Primary Health Care she is well placed to lead West Coast Homecare to place Consumers at centre of their care to live the life they choose.

Executive Manager Finance & Corporate Services
Shane joined West Coast Homecare in May 2021 and has over 30 years experience working in finance and corporate services.
For 17 years prior to joining West Coast Homecare, Shane held several senior finance and corporate services management roles in the public health sector based in Port Lincoln.
Shane also has an extensive background in banking and finance having previously held senior roles in both operations and lending.

Executive Manager National Disability Insurance Scheme
Jill has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sectors on Eyre Peninsula for many years.
Her experience in the sector is extensive and includes Coordination in Aged Care, NDIS, Senior Service Coordination and Management.
Jill is dedicated to supporting the organisation through times of change, and evoking a sense of excitement and motivation in the Care Team.

Executive Manager Home Care Services
Penelope Rimland is an experienced Enrolled Nurse with a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
Penelope has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including aged care community and residential, remote Indigenous communities (far north Queensland, NT & SA) , and acute care environments.
Her expertise spans, wound care management, medication administration and developing individualized care plans, and leading teams by valuing and recognising individuals’ abilities, skills, & knowledge, encouraging an inclusive, connected culture.
Penelope is passionate about advocating for dignity and respect in care, applying critical thinking and reflective practice to deliver safe exceptional outcomes.
